Scan and analyze
Once the layer cards have been cleaned automatically, they’re ready for inspection, which involves the machine checking them for any damage. The automatic scanner straightforwardly divides the layer cards in “good” and “bad”: no human intervention is involved, and therefore: no subjective assessment. The sorting machine also instantly makes smart analyses in order to identify the cause of any diminished quality.
Re-use or on transport
The approved layer cards are instantly ready for re-use, while we remove the rejected sheets and take them with us, so as to reduce waste and ensure both consistent quality and a highly efficient process.

Ranging from the pallet conveyor for imports up to and including packaging operations for exports: everything can be customized. The scanner has a whopping 39 parameters to identify imperfections such as stains, cracks, and fissures; this can be adjusted based on your requirements.
